Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in sales. You’ll learn how to understand customers, pitch destinations, and convert leads into bookings - all while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer travel preferences and requirements.
Assist in creating personalized travel plans.
Pitch international destinations and experiences.
Follow up with leads and support the sales team in closing bookings.
Maintain lead data and updates in the CRM.
Work closely with senior sales team members to learn and improve.
What We’re Looking For
Freshers or 0–1 year of experience
Strong communication skills (spoken + written)
Interest in travel and international destinations
Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
Confident, proactive, and eager to grow
Comfortable working with targets
