About You

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, managing a high-volume workload while delivering a consistent and high level of customer service. Previous experience in a similar role, along with a familiarity with reservations systems, is highly desirable but not mandatory.

About The Role

As our business continues to grow, we are thrilled to offer exciting opportunities for customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our Travel Centre team in our Adelaide or Perth office. This full-time position provides a flexible 7-day roster cycle, along with the possibility of working from home one day a week, once you’ve successfully completed your probation.


In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive travel experience service that truly exceeds our guests’ expectations. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you’ll pay a vital role in shaping the beginning of our guests’ unforgettable journeys.

Key responsibilities will include:

Initially, your time will be spent getting to know our team, learning about our amazing products, using our booking systems, and buddying up with one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants.
You will offer exceptional customer service to assist our guests with their holiday of a lifetime through our various communication platforms including over the phone, via email or on webchat.
Using your creativity and passion for the tourism industry, you will provide our guests with a suite of information relating to our products and offer personalised solutions and package options depending on our guests needs.
You will be an expert in your field and a product ambassador, all while working towards and achieving your individual plus team KPI's
