Responsibilities:
1. Handle client’s booking (individual or group) from beginning to end, through booking tickets (business/ economy/ etc), accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
2. Recommending suitable travel packages for clients based on their preferences and budget requirements
3. Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
4. Collect payments
5. Keep track of changes or updates that may affect travel plans, such as weather conditions, flight delays, or cancellations.
6. Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors.
7. Achieve self-sales targets and contribute to generating revenue for the company.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th pass.
2. Holding a degree in the Travel/ Tourism/ Hospitality industry or equivalent to that is an additional preference.
3. Holding good command over the English language.
4. Excellent communication and listening skills.
5. Holding experience inbound calls, converting them into booking/ sales.
6. Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
7. Should be flexible for night shift and rotational offs.
8. Holding geographical knowledge of the USA/ Canada/ Europe.
+. Knowledge of travelling software GDS systems (Amadeus) is preferred for experienced applicants.
10. IATA certification will be a plus.

Salary: ₹25,840.56 - ₹62,124.54 per month
