Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Hotel Room Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel rooms to corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers, maximizing revenue and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business sources.
Actively pursue new business opportunities to generate room sales and increase revenue
Conduct 40-50 sales calls every day & go for meetings of prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company policies to close sales effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and events.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions for promotion.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the local market and key business segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
