Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and target travel agencies, corporates, and event/wedding planners.
Build partnerships with foreign tour operators for ground-handling services.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Prepare and pitch customized destination packages.
Create proposals, quotations, and costings with profit margins.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong client relationships through communication and follow-ups.
Attend trade fairs, networking events, and exhibitions.
Coordinate with operations for seamless program execution.
4. Market & Competitor Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing and destination trends.
Suggest new itineraries based on demand.
Share insights with the product team.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with operations, reservations, and finance for smooth delivery.
Negotiate best rates with hotels, transporters, and vendors.
Ideal Profile
3–8 years in travel trade or hospitality sales.
Strong network with agents, corporates, and planners.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local vendors and destinations.
Passion for travel and cultural awareness.
