Healthcare Travel: How it Works
• It begins with you - you decide what you want out of a traveling career-higher pay, new locations, or more varied experience.
• Most travel nurses need at least two years of experience to qualify (rehab therapists can start right after their licensing).
• You'll be matched with a recruiter who'll help with your application, resume, and interview prep - and guide you on pay, benefits, and housing.
• After choosing assignments and interviewing, you'll be placed and supported throughout: your recruiter helps with housing, benefits, and even tax advice.
• Pay is weekly, based on the assignment, and is clearly communicated.
• For housing, you can either let Triage arrange accommodations, or take a tax-free stipend and find housing yourself.

• When your assignment ends, you can either take a break or immediately start another - it's up to you.
