• Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre)
• Should be well versed with Airport ground handling procedures, basic travel terminology, and travel geography.
• Familiarization with Foreign currency exchange procedures
• Knowledge of Cargo Handling
• Knowledge of various organizations related to the Travel industry.
• Relevant travel training experience
