Retail Support Role:
Our Retail Support department plays a crucial role in the success of our branches across Zions Bank. As a traveling teller, you will support our branches throughout their geographical area in case of absenteeism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and more.
• Resolve client issues through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
Work Environment:
Retail Support covers a geographical area, and mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels.
