Job Description
Dealing with lenders for arrangement of unsecured loans Provide lenders required information to process the loans Provide relevant documents for processing loans Check and evaluate Term sheets Assist in conducting due deligence for lending Ensure EMIs and loans are repaid on schedule Ensure timely and period information are shared with lenders Seek lending from various sources Evaluate and negotiate term sheets from lenders Provide all the required documentation including forms and certificates to the lenders as per the term sheet Coordinate with lenders for clarifications etc on term sheet and other banking related products Validate all the forms and documents expected by the lenders Provide timely information to lenders as per the term sheet ensure that stipulations & covenants mentioned in the term sheets are adhared Update treasurey team about the cash flow requirements for the repayment of banking facility Initiate the negotiations on term sheets Evaluate the term sheets with respect to the facility offered and its suitability to MMM business Prepare doc umets required by the lenders e.g. Networth certificates, other declarations required through statutory auditors etc Prepare the cost benefit analysis for various lending proposals under review Coordinate with Banks for filing Annual Performance Report to RBI (WOMs) Ensure we get correct FIRCs for export incomes Bank Payments: Daily Bank position to the management Taking care all Bank netbanking Taking care on Bank ECS clearing Credit Card payments & their Bills collection & tracking RTGS, Cheques handling, DD payments , Payment of Statutory dues TDS payments GST Payments PF, ESI & PT payments Providing Documentation for all Banks Loans Co Ordination with HR Team & Accounts team for Salaries Payments Co Ordination with Dubbing & Censor Teams Updation and maintenance of Loan tracker as and when EMIs are debited Audit Compliance Inter company Transfers of Mango Group Promt payment entries for auto debits of loans EMIs Updation and maintenance of Loan tracker as and when EMIs are debited
