This role is based in India and as such all normal working days must be carried out in India.

• You’ll be providing end-to-end financial support to our Treasury function, primarily focusing on the product and finance control and reporting functions for complex treasury products

• This role is available at associate level
What you'll do
This role will see you supporting data integrity, financial forecasting and rich modelling, making sure they’re performed on an accurate and timely basis. You’ll also help deliver elements of substantiated and materially accurate capital and other regulatory data, as well as providing input into the end-to-end control and ownership of franchise and legal entity regulatory data.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
• Producing daily profit and loss information for the underlying treasury products, including fixed income, FX and interest rate derivatives
• Supporting with interest rate and FX hedge accounting, and providing daily FX open position reporting
• Preparing and delivering source system reconciliations for legal entities
• Identifying, resolving and providing solutions to issues arising from financials produced

We’re looking for someone with experience in the financial services industry, including financial control and related risks. You’ll have good problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate the issues concisely, and you’ll be able to apply your finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues.
You’ll also need:
• A good understanding of complex treasury products and their accounting standards
• Knowledge of the banking environment and treasury products
• A good understanding of reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation
• Analytical and technical accounting skills
