Job Title: Treasury Change
Location: Mumbai
Overview:
The Treasury Change Management function has responsibility to support, lead and facilitate the delivery of medium to large scale change. Treasury Change Management is a key component for the delivery of the right tools for achieving Treasury’s objectives.
About the Function:
Treasury Change PMO has oversight over all Treasury Change activities ensuring that Change standards and frameworks are adhered to. The portfolio strategically addresses critical regulatory and audit findings, drives substantial revenue growth opportunities, and ensures that the trade capture, front office, risk platform and benchmark submission infrastructure is fit for purpose for Treasury.
Responsible for the annual Tsy Change planning process (“investment governance”) which runs from July to approximately December annually for a ~€50m annual spend. To manage the planning process all of the Treasury leadership team including the Chief Treasurer are engaged and managed in order to agree which deliveries are prioritized in the book of work in the context of alignment to the strategic goals of Treasury and Deutsche Bank.
PMO supports the Treasury programmes and is responsible for ongoing monitoring of KPIs, Program Milestones, Reporting and Communication to internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Management Board members whist the external stakeholders include the key regulators – ECB, Fed etc given the critical importance of the deliveries.
Monthly reporting to Treasury ExCo for progress of investment governance and programme status across the portfolio and ad-hoc reporting to the Treasury Leadership team for Change strategy topics. This requires advanced presentation skills where able to present complex topics succinctly and visually.
Responsible for supporting the implementation of methodologies, best practice standards and quality assurance activities in project/programme management across the Initiative. The PMO Specialist will also focus on driving quality improvements.
Prior experience of working in a fast paced, complex portfolio office environment. They will have excellent knowledge and application of PMO processes and controls across all PMO disciplines, and excellent working knowledge of Clarity or equivalent.
Must have very good, advanced capability using full suite of MS Office applications including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project; coupled with excellent written and numerical ability.
Must be able to work to tight deadlines, delivering high quality outputs; whilst balancing ad hoc demands as required. Ability to multitask whilst maintaining good quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain suite of PMO governance artefacts: Refresh project plans, change logs, actions logs, attendees registers
• Review dbClarity information for data issues (completeness, quality) - risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits
• Review and QA of programme SteerCo content ensuring minimum governance standards are met
• Refresh clarity milestones/ resources forecasts aligned to change control, risks and issues
• Secretariat duties including meeting organisation and producing good quality minutes
• Creation of meeting packs in ppt
• Data analysis and refresh of monthly finding inventories
• Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting is provided
• Ensure that meetings are arranged and minuted appropriately.
• Analyse and identify risks and issues that could impact delivery and resolve them or escalate as appropriate
• Ensure projects close according to required procedures
You will have: (Skills/Experience )
• Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general use of Programme and Project management methodologies
• Experience analysing and updating project plans and associated dependencies
• Demonstrable experience working in a Programme Management Office, leading or supporting governance and reporting
• Strong organisation skills able to manage multiple competing demands requiring coordination across numerous project managers and stakeholders
• Appropriate domain expertise
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification / work experience)
