Job Location • Gurgaon, Hungary • Experience (in Years) - - 5 • Job Type • Full Time Job Description: 1) Process: • Update of bank statements sheet and download bank advices/statement from online banking • Maintaining all Incoming and Outgoing detail in Mis • Plan and execution for Bank Loans settlement 7 days before due date. • Preparation of Invoice Financing Application & Extension letters • Checking SAP approvals for each payment transaction or followup with payment initiator for pending task • Update bank utilisation sheet on regular basis • Download payment swift copies for daily transactions and send to related person • Share Transaction related details to bank for daily operation • Daily Banking entries (SAP) 2) Customer: • Follow Up with bank for day to day transaction • Follow with Singapore office for getting signature, fax for daily operation before bank cut off • Follow with concern person for all export related payments • Check and arrange required documents from Origin relatated their Cash flow requirments About Company Upman Placements is a firm of Researcher & Recruitment Specialists.
