Benefits
If hired in New York the base pay for this position is generally between $84,600 - $146,640 per year
Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law

Responsibilities
This position provides sales support at the highest level of complexity for Treasury Management products and services
This position provides front line daily support to dedicated Treasury Management Sales Officer(s)
This position will provide skilled and knowledgeable assistance with treasury management solutions, perform a variety of support activities such as sales proposals, pricing pro-formas, account schematics, document preparation and review for new product setup and maintenance requests
Ensures client satisfaction by answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling escalated support issues
Assists Treasury Management Sales Officer(s) with daily Pipeline Management and sales activities intended to solicit business
Daily support of TMSO
Support assigned TM Sales Officer(s) throughout all aspects of the sales cycle, including assisting with the daily management of pipeline entries
Acts as a main liaison between TM Sales Officer, Banking team, Client, Implementation, Customer Service/back office teams, etc
Manage Treasury Management documentation and paperwork
Interact with clients/manage correspondence with clients
Schedule meetings with TM Sales Officer and Clients
Join TMSO on Client calls to take detailed notes on TM services (be prepared for camera on)
Engagement for preparation of detailed account structure, pricing proposals, internal items to assist with preparing for client implementation
Be able to speak with a client about ACH Origination, RDC, Fraud Prevention - confirm activity and any necessary limits for initial setup
Act as the main backup when the TM Sales Officer is out of the office to keep deal flow, communication moving forward
Assist TM Sales Officer to develop competitive pricing proposals for review of current services and new services for prospective/existing customers
Pricing - handle exception pricing input via Pathway
Review Analysis statement as a Q/C post go live to ensure billing is setup and reflected correctly
Assist TM Sales Officer with any RFP's and preparation of prospect/client presentations

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Treasury Management products such as ACH, Fraud, Remote Deposit Capture; as well as more complex products such as Lockbox, Purchase Card, Integrated Payments, Transmission.
• Knowledge of how to prepare RFP's (Request for Proposals).
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, manage time and be able to multi-task in a fast pace/high volume environment.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of all the services offered by the Bank.
• Located in Eastern Time Zone.
