About the role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Treasury Manager to join a high‑performing Group Treasury team within a leading global organisation. Reporting to the Treasury Director, Corporate, this role plays a key part in delivering treasury plans and strategies that support liquidity management, financial risk management and funding optimisation across the Group.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to both strategic initiatives and operational excellence within Group Treasury. This role offers exposure to complex global treasury activity, strong interaction with senior leaders, and the opportunity to help shape strategy while remaining closely connected to execution—all within a collaborative, high‑calibre team environment.
Key responsibilities -
Support the execution of the Group’s liquidity and financial risk management strategy
Assist with group financings, related reporting and ongoing process improvements, including automation initiatives
Help manage global banking relationships and support debt investor relations activities
Partner with regional and business segment teams to support global risk and liquidity management
Support development of treasury strategy , funding plans and risk management frameworks
Deliver treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide support across treasury transactions, liquidity and risk management as required
About You
A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce or Finance Law (postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or Masters in Applied Finance highly regarded)
5+ years’ experience in treasury within a corporate, real estate, banking or financial services environment
Demonstrated experience in financial risk management strategy and execution
Strong knowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate markets
Experience supporting debt financings and driving process improvement and automation
Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship‑building skills
