Job Description (About the Role):
a) Management of Compliance & Risk of the Treasury Dealing Room.
b) Management of various Audit related to Treasury Front Office including Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Snap Audit and closure of observations in draft stage.
c) Data submission for RBI audit & assisting the Compliance and Risk Officer (CARO) for submission of responses.
d) Carrying out sustenance, review of policies & Compliance testing related to Treasury time to time.
e) Tracking & closing regulatory correspondences/circulars, tracking of audit issues and presenting dashboard to the management.
f) Articulating controls in coordination with internal Treasury teams, providing evidence regards to compliance testing.
g) Submission of regulatory returns within the stipulated timelines
h) Management of GCM issues, tracking of CMC/PMC health score for the Department.
i) Coordination of Business Continuity Plant (BCP) event at alternate site on annual basis & submitting the BCP results.
j) Management of process master, creation of process flows preparation of flow for new process product launch.
k) Coordinating with various departments like IT, TO, Risk, Compliance F&A etc.,
Role Proficiencies: Knowledge/Experience of Treasury products will be preferred
