Treasury Operations Specialist
Your role is to support to the Corporate BankingTreasury operations team with our internal banking and payment system, giving access as well as providing support and recommendations to users.cash management, cash reporting, payments and onboarding of new investment structures with an extra focus on treasury cash management
Through increased centralization of the treasury activities, act as an expert on treasury matters to support the various finance teams and Blackstone.
• Bank management:
• Single point of contact with Revantage banks and more particularly with the banks’ mid-office and operational teams
• Follow-up on the quality and speed of the services provided by our banks & regular review of the bank fees
• Cash management
• Supervise Cash balances: reporting, analysis and advisory on the cash
• Treasury payments oversight and execution
• Following up with payment approvals
• Trouble shooting payment issues
• Reconciliation of daily cash movements
• Operate and report on cash pooling
• FX management
• Oversee FX trades settlement
• Treasury payment oversight and execution
• Onboarding treasury aspects of new acquisitions
• Keeping the online banking platform and the internal database up to date with new/closed bank accounts and signatory changes;
• Putting in place SWIFT messaging contracts with various banks;
• Dealing with trouble-shooting requests linked to online banking platform to ensure a smooth process;
• Managing both internal and external online banking users;
• Taking care of account openings and closings as well as signatory changes;
• MaintainingMaintain good relationships with 3rd parties, Revantage external offices and service providers
• Participate in process enhancement and new Treasury services deployment.
• and following up on various banking processes and security issues.
• Some treasury analytics:
• Review and enhance treasury reporting’s to proactively manage, control and supervise our treasury operations on the full spectrum of activities
• Some experience in data models and reporting
• Ability to analyze large datasets, model and interpret data
• Accuracy and attention to detail
Education & Experience:
• 3-4 years of work experience in a similar work environment
• Post Graduate degree (with specialization in Finance/Banking/Treasury)
• Any certification in (International) Treasury Operations will be added advantage
• Knowledge of SWIFT and bank message types (MT, XML) would be an advantage

• Experience within a treasury/financial shared service centre responsible for settlements/payments via SWIFT;
• Knowledge of SWIFT and bank message types (MT, XML) would be an advantage;
• Fluency in English (verbally and in writing) is a compulsory requirement – Spanish or any other languages is an advantage;
