Job Title: Treasury Operations Strategy and Change Driver

Overview
Our Treasury Operations team works on strategic and tactical change projects to continually enhance the securities and cash explain functions. You would be required to support securities and cash explain process, perform any day-to-day activities needed to publish daily explain reporting, support audit remediations, and change projects. You will be required to support business analysis, design, build, and production implementation of key initiatives. Our team will be there to coach and provide guidance to help you understand the organization and develop as a professional.

What You’ll Do
• Interacting with Subject Matter Experts within the team to support strategic and regulatory change, process improvement, and project management
• Identifying opportunities for standardization, and continual process improvement with Subject Matter Experts within the team
• Perform business level, data analysis on large sets of data, clearly articulating findings
• Support and enable the proper functioning of the securities and cash explain applications, processes including functional specification documentation
• Analyze and support the enhancements for the collateral reporting dashboard, cash explain or intra-day liquidity management capabilities on continuous basis
Skills You’ll Need
• Relevant experience in Change Management, Treasury Operations, or Collateral Management
• Nostro Management, Reconciliation, Banking or Settlements experience is a plus
• Data analytics and knowledge of coding (e.g., Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is a plus
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is essential
• Knowledge of financial instruments
