POSITION DETAILS
Position Title: Treasury - Executive/ Sr. Executive
Must have Skills : Advance Excel, Credit management, Treasury, Communication.
Education: Graduate or B.com then required min 2 years of experience in treasury.
If MBA in finance : 1 years of experience in treasury will also work.
Experience: 1 – 3(relevant exp should be min 2 years)
Location : Mumbai
NP: Min 15days – Max 30days
Location: Mumbai Reports to: Senior Manager Department: Technology Band: D Role Type: Individual Contributor
POSITION SUMMARY • The person will support Senior Manager in daily management of team treasury box and month end process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for foreign remittance - advance/retention money. 2. Placing funds in fixed deposit and plan on maturity to renew or take credit on maturity. 3. Co-ordinating with bank & Secretarial department for filling /satisfying charge on security provided. 4. Verifying all the charges debited by bank and follow-up for refund if any excess charges. 5. Submitting various reports to banks. (monthly/Quarterly compliances) 6. Ensure IT Services meet business needs, in line with SLA commitments 7. Maintaining MIS for Loans, BG, Insurance, & Fixed deposits etc. 8. Investment of surplus funds with Mutual Funds. +. Submitting of Stock Statement.
REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL 1. Experience in Treasury with 2-5 years 2. Qualification: BCOM, MCOM, BBA, MBA, CA (INTER) 3. Working treasury knowledge 4. Basic understanding of Taxation 5. Basic understanding of law 6. Having knowledge of banking handing outward/ inward remittance transaction.
