Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at Embry Neusner & Arscott, LLC. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to motions, courts, trials, and depositions. The role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to argue cases in court.
Qualifications
• Experience in motions, courts, and trials
• Proficiency in conducting depositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Admission to the CT Bar
• Experience in personal injury and workers' compensation law is a plus
• RI Bar license is a plus
