Job Overview
Ryder is seeking a qualified Class B CDL Truck Driver to join our team in San Diego, CA.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay rate of $24.00 per hour and opportunities for overtime.
Driver Positions Pay Weekly
Hourly Pay: $24.00 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 45 hours per week
Safety Bonus: Eligible for up to $1200 Per year
Paid Training
Schedule: Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Deliver As A TEAM To: San Diego to El Centro & Local San Diego Route (BOTH)
Route: Local Home Daily
Trailer Type: 26' Straight Truck
Equipment: Lift Gate, Manual Pallet Jack, and Hand Truck
Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
Freight: White Glove Service / Touch Deliveries – Cable Equipment / Cable Wires

Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and ******* verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
+ months experience within the past 3 years, OR
2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
5 years' experience within the last 10 years
