Job Title: Truck Driver

Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Truck Driver to join our logistics team in Chennai. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to their destinations within the city and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a valid Heavy License, a clean driving record, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Follow designated routes and schedules for deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring it is properly secured.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving activities and submit reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and in good condition.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid Heavy License issued by the appropriate authority.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Familiarity with local roads and routes in Chennai.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Salary and Benefits:
