Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Truck Driver. The Truck Driver will operate commercial vehicles to transport cargo over various distances. The Truck Driver will ensure cargo is secured properly, maintain logs of vehicle repair status, and follow traffic rules. The Truck Driver will also inspect the vehicle before and after trips and document any issues or defects.
Qualifications
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices
• Ability to adhere to regulations and standards for quality, safety, and compliance
• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, such as GPS, CB radios, and other on-board technology
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically fit with good vision and hearing
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies on the road
