Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Operator to join our team in Hindmarsh. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating heavy vehicle trucks to transport goods
Loading and unloading goods from the truck
Restraint of goods during transportation
Basic maintenance and inspection of the vehicle
Maintaining accurate records, including log books
Providing excellent customer service
Undertaking multi-drop deliveries
Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months' experience operating a heavy vehicle license class
A clean driving record and ability to pass regular random drug and ******* tests
A current Heavy Vehicle licence (MR/HR) and Forklift licence (desirable)
Load restraint and gating/strapping experience
A police check and pre-employment medical clearance
