Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and physically fit individuals to work as Construction Helpers/Loaders. The role involves assisting skilled workers at construction sites and handling the loading and unloading of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers at construction sites.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, gravel, and asphalt.
• Transport materials and tools to required locations on-site.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times.
• Perform general labor tasks and support construction operations as needed.
Requirements:
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Previous experience in construction work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and sometimes tough working conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.
