We are looking for Flashbutt Welder Technicians!
Finmec is an expanding maintenance provider to the mining and transport industry. Finmec requires experienced HD Mechanics to join our Port Hedland Site Support team.
What is a Flashbutt Welder?
Welder/ Generator fixed to the back of a Ridged truck welding rail line through the Pilbara.
Job Benefits Include:
Machine specific on site training.
Ability to travel throughout the Pilbara.
Set up in a fully spec service vehicle.
Working on one of the biggest blue chip mining sites.
Largest Flashbutt fleet in country.
High quality camp accommodation.
2/2 highly sought after roster.
Flights to all capital cities in Australia for FIFO.
Competitive remuneration package.
Immediate start.
Family friendly and supportive team environment.
Close knit team with out of work social events.
Long term contract in place
Career progression with on site training supplied
Full Time option after probation period

To be considered for this position you will need:
Trade Certificate.
Post trade experience.
Current C Drivers Licence.
Experience of keeping organised paperwork and job cards.
Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.
