Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration and integration workstreams for large-scale enterprise projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ETL processes, data transformation, and cloud-based integrations, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality data transitions across systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration and integration workstreams for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless data transitions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Develop and execute data validation, reconciliation, and testing strategies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data migration and integration issues.
- Document migration processes, mappings, and technical solutions.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-migration validation.
Required Skills & Experience :
to 12 years of experience in data migration, integration, or ETL development.
- Strong expertise in ETL processes, SQL, and data mapping techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data migration / ETL tools, such as :
a. Informatica
b. Talend
c. SAP Data Services or equivalent platforms
- Experience working with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data exchange mechanisms.
- Experience handling large datasets and complex enterprise data landscapes.
Good to Have :
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
