Job Title: JDA WMS Consultant
Job Description:
As a JDA WMS Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that enhance their warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement JDA WMS solutions to meet client requirements.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDA WMS issues.
• Customization: Develop custom solutions and enhancements to the JDA WMS.
• Testing: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Integration: Work on integrating JDA WMS with other systems such as ERP, TMS, and MHE.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 years of experience with JDA WMS implementation and support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, MOCA, and other relevant technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other WMS solutions like RedPrairie or Blue Yonder.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware.
