Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trusts and estates, a passion for helping clients, and a commitment to excellence in their legal practice
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney or Estate Planning Attorney
Demonstrated experience in drafting and implementing complex estate plans
Strong knowledge of trust and estate law, tax law, and probate procedures
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Advise clients on the legal and tax implications of their estate plans
Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters, including court appearances and negotiations with opposing counsel
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to create integrated estate plans
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on complex trust and estate issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trusts and estates, and apply this knowledge to client matters
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
