We are looking for a solicitor with 2+ years of PQE in Private Client law, who has strong expertise in executry management, IHT planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and guardianships. You will have comprehensive knowledge of Scottish private client law and exceptional interpersonal and client care skills.
The ideal candidate will be a STEP member or willing to achieve this qualification and have proven experience managing and mentoring legal teams. You will be responsible for advising clients on complex legal matters, developing strategies to minimize liabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
