Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an attorney with 3 to 6 years of trusts and estates experience for its client's Miami or Orlando office. Complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation experience is required. International estate planning experience is considered a plus. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is required. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar
