Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on electric bikes, including troubleshooting electrical systems, battery management, and mechanical components.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance options clearly to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to electric bikes.
Assist in assembling new electric bikes for sale.
