We are seeking a skilled Two-Wheeler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance. The technician will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles , including engine work, brake systems, electrical systems, and suspension.
Diagnose issues using appropriate tools and techniques; provide accurate assessments and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs, providing clear explanations and estimates.
Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies; place orders as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in motorcycle mechanics preferred.
Proven experience as a two-wheeler technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
