Job Description:
Responsible for hands-on development and technical implementation of the ServiceNow solution: Configure WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) modules including reservation, location, and notification management. Implement integrations with Microsoft Exchange and internal systems. Develop backend logic: business rules, scripts, UI policies, and flow designers. Build out dashboards and automate reporting structures. Contribute to technical documentation and support transition to internal teams.
