Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and encourage excellent customer service by modeling Customer 1st behavior.
• Assist customers by pumping gas efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct daily tours and inspections of the fuel center.
• Fill out incident and security reports diligently.
• Quickly clean fuel spills and execute the Fuel Spill Report as needed.
• Maintain displays and ensure the cleanliness of the department.
• Perform cashier duties and manage transactions effectively.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standards diligently.
• Support and promote company initiatives within the team.
• Stay informed about emergency plans, numbers, and procedures.
• Collaborate with others in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
• Familiarity with industry terminology and processes.

Pay Rate: $18.07 - $25.10 per hour
