Job Description:
We are seeking a certified trainer with expertise in International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) to conduct training sessions for non-profit organizations in the Asia Pacific region. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, providing hands-on exercises and practical examples, and ensuring that participants gain a solid understanding of IAS/IFRS principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions on IAS/IFRS for non-profit organizations
• Provide hands-on exercises and practical examples to illustrate key concepts
• Ensure that participants gain a solid understanding of IAS/IFRS principles
• Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, case studies, and workbooks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards and emerging trends in non-profit financial reporting
Requirements:
• Certified public accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
• Extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, particularly in the Asia Pacific region
• Proven track record of delivering successful training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants in interactive discussions
Training Content:
• Introduction to IAS/IFRS: Evolution, purpose, and global importance
• Key Principles: Accrual accounting, comparability, and transparency
• Scope and Applicability: Application across sectors, focusing on challenges unique to non-profit organizations
• Specific Standards Relevant to Non-Profit Organizations: IFRS for SMEs, IFRS 15, IAS 1, IAS 8, IFRS 9, and Fund Accounting
• Practical Case Studies and Examples: Real-life scenarios illustrating IAS/IFRS application in non-profit settings
Training Delivery:
• Logistics: Physical meeting venue to be arranged in a suitable location
• Necessary Training Materials and Resources: Comprehensive manual, case study materials, practical exercises & worksheets, access to digital resources, presentation slides & visual aids, certificates of completion, and post-training support materials

Remote U.S. Tax Associate (Entry-Level | CA Inter | INR ₹7–7.5 LPA | Flexible Hours)
Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)
Work Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 LPA (paid in INR; approx. $8,500 USD/year)
Multiple remote full-time roles are available for CA Inter-qualified candidates (via direct entry route) to support U.S.-based CPA firms with tax preparation, compliance, and accounting work. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience, receive training on U.S. tax systems, and work closely with U.S. professionals from the comfort of your home in India.
Work Schedule
• Flexible hours : You may set your own work schedule as long as tasks are completed on time
• You must be available for virtual meetings during U.S. business hours (typically between 7:00 PM and 2:00 AM IST)
• Full-time availability is required; this role should not be combined with other jobs or studies
Responsibilities
• Prepare U.S. tax forms: 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, 940 , etc.
• Support year-round compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all assigned work
Mandatory Requirements
• CA Inter-qualified via the direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree)
• Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles
• Fluent English communication skills , both spoken and written
• Willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
• Comfortable working night-shift hours and meeting U.S. time zone expectations
Compensation
• Salary: INR ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum , paid monthly in INR
• Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year , depending on exchange rates
• Salary will be paid via international wire transfer or approved payment platforms
