Position: UC4 Admin/Developer
We are looking for a skilled UC4 Admin/Developer to join our team on-site in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing UC4 Jobs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will be instrumental in automating processes, monitoring performance, and providing support to meet the needs of our clients.
Role Responsibilities
• Administer and configure UC4 environment for performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement UC4 Job workflows according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with job processing and application integration.
• Perform regular system maintenance and software upgrades.
• Monitor job executions and ensure job completion success.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize job scheduling according to business needs.
• Document job processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders.
• Implement security measures to protect data and applications.
• Conduct performance tuning of UC4 systems.
• Assist in the integration of UC4 with other enterprise applications.
• Manage and maintain SQL databases utilized for UC4 operations.
• Develop and maintain scripts for job automation using relevant scripting languages.
• Analyze and report on job performance metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on the latest UC4 features and best practices.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in UC4 administration and development.
• Strong understanding of job scheduling and automation principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with database management, particularly SQL.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with system integration preferred.
• Strong documentation skills necessary.
• Familiarity with customer support processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in job scheduling and automation.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and best practices.
