We’re looking for UGC creators who want to earn high commissions, get consistent paid work, and collaborate with us inside Growthub’s new Content Factory.
This is NOT a typical UGC job post.
This is a hybrid opportunity for creators who are:
Well-connected in the DTC/world
Trusted by brand owners
Frequently talking to agencies or media buyers
Already producing content for fast-growing consumer brands
Wanting to expand their work beyond one-off UGC gigs

What You’ll Get as a Growthub UGC Partner
1.) Affiliate Partner (High Commissions)
Whenever you intro us to a brand, agency, or portfolio company that becomes a client, you earn:
10% of Month 1 revenue, or
5% monthly on multi-month retainers (optional)
Our programs range from $3,700/mo to $8,450/mo, meaning your commissions are meaningful.
Creators already working with us make $1K–$10K+/mo in intro commissions.
2.) Paid UGC Opportunities (Priority Access)
We consistently need:
Studio UGC
Remote UGC
Raw content for ads
Creator-led reviews
Hooks + angles + story formats
Short-form content for DTC brands
Our agency + portfolio partners rely heavily on UGC, making this a great pipeline for recurring paid roles.
3.) The Content Factory (Growthub’s Creator Collective)
We’re building a creator-centric content engine to grow Growthub organically.
As part of the Content Factory, you’ll get:
Placement in Growthub’s creator roster
Featured in case studies, videos, and ads
Collaborative content with our team
A platform boost from Growthub’s network
Access to creative briefs, scripts, and recurring shoots
This gives creators exposure, paid work, AND long-term collaboration opportunities.

Growthub builds CreativeOps Infrastructure for agencies and portfolio companies managing DTC brands. We deliver 30-120 creatives/month for each partner - including UGC, statics, video edits, and creative testing systems - all fully white-label.
Brands use Growthub instead of hiring editors, strategists, and creative teams internally.
Because of that, we need reliable, talented creators who can help us produce high-volume UGC every month.
