🎬 Looking for a video editor for Meta Ads (Part-Time w/ Full-Time Potential)
We're a DTC brand looking for a detail-obsessed video editor to help us create high-converting Meta ads consistently.

You’ll help bring to life high-converting ad briefs, shaping them into thumb-stopping videos that speak directly to our target audience. From UGC edits to performance-driven carousels, you’ll be the final line between a good ad and a breakout winner.
🎯 Your Mission:
Edit performance-focused ads (primarily for Meta/FB/IG) that stop scrolls and convert
Understand and implement creative briefs, hook angles, CTAs, and data feedback
Apply motion graphics, captions, and visual pacing that drive attention and retention
Turn raw UGC or scripted content into polished, high-performing assets
Recognize that the smallest creative details make the biggest difference
✅ You Should Have:
Proven experience editing high-performing Meta/TikTok ads (please include portfolio)
A deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and direct response ad psychology
Ability to match the tone/energy of our brand and products
Comfort working with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or CapCut
Sharp eye for detail and obsession with execution
Bonus: experience with motion graphics or eCommerce product videos
