Ourdesign team is headed by Divye Bokdia.Role: UI Designer -1Responsibilities: Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistentexperience across platforms Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers andDevelopers in your team Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long- term productvision Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative designefforts Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brandperception and user-experience Work with the front- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensuredesign consistency Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as businessrequirements Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environmentRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field 1 years of design experience Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digitalmarketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keenunderstanding of graphic/web design principles Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content andcampaigns Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcomingfeedback and collaboration Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and seniorleadership Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and with a team
