Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI Developer at BIGFORMULA. The UI Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of developing and implementing user interface components, translating designs into code, and creating responsive web pages. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experience and optimize website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Test UI components for usability and functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
Have a strong understanding of a company’s brand guidelines and follow them when creating user interfaces.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and share knowledge with the team.
Required skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI Developer.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and Bootstrap.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass.
Experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and API integrations.
Understanding of key design principles.
