The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
UI Development:
• Design and develop user interfaces for the Employee Portal using React and Typescript.
• Ensure the application is responsive, accessible, and performs optimally across various devices and browsers.
• Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into functional code.
API Integration:
• Integrate APIs into the front end, ensuring seamless communication between the UI and backend services.
• Collaborate with backend developers to define API requirements and data contracts.
Micro Front-End Architecture:
• Utilize Next.js to build and manage the Micro Front-End architecture, enabling independent deployment and scalability of different portal modules.
• Ensure that the application modules are loosely coupled and can be developed, tested, and deployed independently.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to ensure code quality and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in React and Typescript.
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks for building Micro Front-End architectures.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of BootStrap or Tailwind, MUI.
• Must Have Requirements: React, Typescript, and Next.js .
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e. g., Jest, Cypress) is a plus.
• Con - 1 year minimum in each skill Senior Con - 2 years minimum in each skill.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e. g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
