Role: Lead UI developer / Lead Frontend developer
Experience criteria: 6+ years of relevant experience
Skillset requirement:
Soft skills:
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Experience working in a globally dispersed scrum team
● Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies
● Collaboration and engagement skills
● Experience in website delivery
● Experience working with Communications and/or Marketing teams and/or Design
Agencies
● Demonstrated adaptability, goal orientated and innovative individual
● A firm grasp of responsive design and mobile application design
● Experience in leading a project team
Technical experience
● In-depth knowledge of HTML5
● In-depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), and knowledge of BEM
methodology is preferred
● Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus), experience in jQuery
● Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus
● Experience with the Atomic design paradigm is a plus
● Experience in React JS is a must.
● Experience in building UI for AEM is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
o Gather requirement
o Capable of analysing and suggesting Technology stack for the projects
o Own the architecture and UI framework of the project
o Participate in story/task grooming sessions and evaluate the dependencies and
prerequisites for the tasks
o Participate in greening sessions and ability to provide estimations for the tasks
o Participate in code reviews and suggest best practices

o Agile methodologies
o Quality assurance
