Following a new opportunity, we are currently looking for an Engineering Project Manager - Pharma Sector to support our projects in India.
You'll be responsible for:
• Leading and managing pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Create Project Charters and Scope Statements, aligning them with stakeholders.
• Developing and managing the project budget based on detailed cost breakdowns, ensuring effective financial tracking.
• Coordinating and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing solutions to address any issues. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to resolve them.
• Monitoring project performance using tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and quality expectations.
• Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Overseeing project documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards. Ensure the quality of work meets defined standards.
• Managing and documenting project changes, aligning them with relevant stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
About you:
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting firm (MUST HAVE)
• Experience working on international projects, particularly in Europe and the U.S.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project status, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
• Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring all project aspects comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Project Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites/offices for on-site support as needed.
