Experience
7-+ years of development and solution architecture experience in UiPath
At least 3 years of experience as a developer with RPA
At least 1 year in a team coordination role
Responsibilities
Should know and own overall RPA solution design, implementation, and support for existing and new processes.
Leadership
Communication ability to work with Business Users at all levels to understand the requirement and provide right solution.
Participate and lead various calls right from Requirement gathering, Approval, Security, CAB, Deployment, etc.
Communicate with Various Department heads within the organization to educate RPA and fetch relevant process to automate.
Govern and be a Part of RPA CoE to bring digital transformation in the organization.
Technical
Background in Software Engineering and architecture, including cognitive tools and technology. Awareness of different RPA framework for designing and developing automated RPA processes.
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Solution Architect Certification Preferred.
Take part in Design and work with development team for solution building.
Well versed with best practices of Code design, Framework, data management, code review, process deployment, orchestrator data management, etc.
Own and validate various process documents like BDD, SDD, etc.
Execute UAT’s with Business Users and bring solution to the satisfaction.
Expert in design principles for RPA software and Licensing standards.
Knowledge around UiPath Product suite like Document Understanding, Action Center, AI Center, etc. preferred.
