Job Purpose :
'Create and deliver modules(new requirements or fixes) for various banking requirements and resolving critical business-challenges which may be from internal customers or for external customers.
The role holder will be a key contributor to the technology organisation and will be responsible for maintenance of the engineering platform. You will be responsible for execution of the product software development against delivery commitments and project plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:
'● Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows
● Be responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
● Good understanding of ThoughtMachine workflows
● To take up development and deployment of native code to manage the customer facing platforms
● Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers, application leads and architects in an easy to understand manner, and recommend clearly thought out solutions.
● Knowledge of Integration Design patterns for building middleware systems from the ground up
● Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture discussions.
● Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards and programming
● Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes
SME in front-end technologies like Javascript, Typescript, NodeJs, React, React Native, Angular, Vue etc.
Knowledge of SVG, GraphQL, Apollo, D3 etc.
Knowledge of using Docker, Mesos & Kubernetes to deploy UI components.
Sound knowledge of TDD, Unit & Integration testing using frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, Jest etc.
Understanding of Responsive web design principles and developing for multiple channels, devices, and browsers
Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers.
Understand the full feature set/implementation and architecture of the applications
Analyze business goals and product requirements and contribute to application development and delivery.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements.
Prior experience as a UI Developer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
Use various ideation methods like brainstorming to solve the user’s needs to add value to the company.
Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.
Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.
Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
Define user task flows and interaction models.
Mentor and coach junior UI researchers on the team.
Secondary Responsibilities :
'● Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
● Provide status updates and reporting metrics to the program leadership and contribute towards on-time and on-budget delivery
