UI UX Coding Graphics Designer

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of client’s websites, apps, proof of concepts, prototypes and internal web graphic design. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will need to be a resident of Bangalore but initially this position is work-from-home, until further notice. You will be expected work from office as we will be having our office in Bangalore, India or on client’s offices in Bangalore as required project-by-project. Work from home pre-requisites: - You will not hold another job or freelance work as this will be your sole focus during business hours. - You will work from home temporarily until further notice and use your own desktop/laptop and internet connection. - You should have a good internet connection, quiet home office environment, efficient worker, good listener, good writing skills, aware of new trends which can help our brand recognition in the market, confident, good communicator and very efficient. - Excellent English - written and spoken. Responsibilities: - Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback - Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups - Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces - Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. - Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. - Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components - Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) - Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams - Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience Requirements: - You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects - You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, and Sketch, or InVision, etc. - You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) - Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills - PHP coding knowledge to work with Developers and troubleshooting alignment issues with coding - Animation expert with SVG and Json files - Knowledge of deploying via GitHub to Azure, and AWS - You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics - You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions in English - You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders - You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field - 3-month probation.
