We are looking for you
• As a Senior UI/UX designer, you will work on website and app designs along with building and guiding a team of designers to do the same, which requires you to think critically and deliver solutions visually in a simplified manner
• You will be working with several clients, coordinating with the content and product teams to churn out some amazing interfaces
Roles and responsibilities
• Create designs that are user-centered and also serve the business requirements and user feedback
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups created style and brand guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces that translate the brief and requirement
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components create original graphic designs (eg images, sketches, and tables)Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (eg responsiveness)Collaborate effectively with the stakeholders and other teams such as product, engineering, and content
• Enhance the user experience by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
• Skills required a strong portfolio of related and relevant UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, Illustrator, After effect and Photoshop
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc
• A strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Ability to put the user first and think from the user's perspective to deliver effective results
• Understanding of 3D design and inclination towards 3D and realistic design and relevant software like Blender
• Interest and awareness of Web3, Metaverse, and Crypto projects
• Possess good presentation skills and the ability to explain the designs and design process
