Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites, dashboards, and applications.
Develop responsive WordPress themes and templates from scratch or customize existing themes as per project requirements.
Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Collaborate with developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and WordPress innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (4–7 years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Expertise in WordPress theme development, plugin integration, and custom post types.
Strong understanding of web accessibility, UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
Mandatory Requirement (Any One Certification):
AWS Certified (e.g., Solutions Architect / Cloud Practitioner)
Google Certified (e.g., UX Design / Web Developer / Ads Professional)
Microsoft Certified (e.g., Azure / Power Platform / Web Solutions)
Cisco Certified (e.g., CCNA / DevNet)
Oracle Certified (e.g., Java, Cloud, Web Development)
Note: Candidates must hold at least one valid certification from the above.
