Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX and Graphic designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
+. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
11. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
12. Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more.
13. Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, social media posts or imagery for digital and printable products
Requirements and skills:
• Hands on experience with
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer or similar role
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Canva, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
