UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Translate concepts and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.

Create user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and personas.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.

Optimize UI designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Maintain and evolve design systems and UI style guides.

Iterate based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics insights.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion design and tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
